1. Knowledge:
Position requires graduates in BSEE.
Experience:
Two (2) years experience in the operation of hydro power plant with at least 2-MW capacity.

Skills in Turbine Operation:
• Ability to read all meters and gauges accurately
• Ability to communicate to superior regarding status or problems in the operation
• Ability to analyze equipment behavior
• Operating equipment & Auxiliaries
• Use & maint. of tools
• Do minor repair of equipment
• Evaluate, analyze normal/abnormal operating condition of an equipment
• Prepare Production Report
• Computer literate
Skills in Switchboard Operation:
• Ability to read all meters and gauges accurately
• Ability to communicate to superior regarding status or problems in the operation of engines or auxiliaries
• Ability to analyze equipment behavior
• Synchronization & de-synchronization, radio operation, computation of rate, kilowatt hour generated, preparation of production report & computer literate
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. OVERALL PLANT OPERATION CONTROL: Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the plant control system from Dam/Intake, Water conveyance, Turbine, Generator, Auxiliaries, Sub-station and Switchboard/Electrical Controls.
2. MECHANICAL-ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE WORKS: Responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance of plant equipment and auxiliaries including Dam/Intake, Water conveyance, Turbine, Generator, Auxiliaries, Sub-station and Switchboard/Electrical Controls.
