CUSTOMER SALES SPECIALIST (CSS) for Cebu
Responsibilities:
1. Provide customer assistance
2. Will be responsible for assuring total customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, graduate of any field.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in a BPO industry
3. Exposure to sales account is an advantage
4. Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City
5. has good written and verbal command in English
6. Has excellent organizational skills and excellent typing skills
