1. Ensure that all daily clients are being collected with their daily amortization, including the New and Old Overdue Clients
2. Ensure 100% Repayment Rate of the Total Loan Portfolio, if 100% is not possible, limit PAR (Portfolio at Risk) to below 2.0% of the total portfolio
3. Maintain the 130-135 standard number of active clients and make sure to replace dropped clients
4. Practice accuracy in collection. Make sure that collection per record matched with the actual cash collected
5. Patiently handling the customer queries and communicating the customer inquiries, suggestions and comments to the management.
