- Candidate must have vocational training, or at least 2 years college education
- With prior meat cutting experience is a must
- Must possess cutlery skills (cutting & slicing) and can safely operate saw, grinder and slicer
- Has ability to work in walk-in coolers for extended periods
- Has good hand-eye coordination
- With adequate communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a pleasing personality
- Must be neat in appearance
