Responsibilities:
Handles inbound calls; identifying the main problem and providing step by step instructions.
Meets KPIs target and by adhering to the call flow and call handling process, troubleshooting and usage of support tool to provide quality customer service.
Escalates second-level concerns issues to the Team Leader to ensure accurate and immediate solutions are provided to customers.


Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
