Organizational Development Supervisor Fulltime

Responsibilities:
• Designs, creates and revises courses; incorporating basic training components.
• Develops courses or curriculum based on direction provided by Manager, incorporating general leadership development principles.
• Participates in meetings to gather data and documents from the Subjet Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Designs coursework and training materials by filling in the details in the storyboard provided by the Manager and SMEs.
• Tracks training and organizational trends and makes necessary changes to current courses and programs.
• Prepares project updates for the project heads. May work with the department/account heads to create a report for tracking and completion


Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
