Qualifications:

• Male or Female, 21 to 35 years old.
• Graduate of any four years Business course.
• With at least 2 years related experience in Manufacturing or Food Industry.
• Computer literate and willing to travel.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply; with good scholastic record is an advantage.


Job Description

A. Objective - Plans, leads, organizes and controls all activities of the Branch according to the vision and mission of the company

- Leads, guides, mentors, counsels and extends proper assistance to subordinate employees in his/her branch to help them grow and improve in their skills and abilities, their professionalism, their maturity, their interpersonal relationship with their co-workers, and their over-all attitude, personality and behavior so that they can accomplish their tasks effectively without prejudice personal well-being

- Reviews sales forecasts and expense budgets made by operations officers and submits feasible recommendations to the Operations Manager

- Monitors the performance of Sales and Production operations and ensures that approved sales targets and objectives are met and that expenses are within prescribed budgets while also meeting requirements with proper quality of product and service, cost-effectiveness and timeliness, and develops/implements action plans that will ensure that all targets are met



B. QSC - Monitors and ensures the maintenance of sanitation, cleanliness and quality service of his branch according to company quality standards.

- Monitors quality of products and ensures adherence to company standards, and recommends to the Operations Manager possible improvements to existing standards.

- Ensures proper implementation of new QCSM standards that have been approved by the Operations Manager.

C. Budget, Sales, Profitability and Cost Control - Leads his branch in preparing timely and effective Sales Targets and submits them to Corporate Accounting and Finance for consolidation

- Monitors sales and ensures that they are within set and approved targets

- Leads his branch in preparing timely and effective operational expense budgets that is within the general budgets set by Management and recommends it for approval.

- Leads his branch in preparing timely and effective capital budgets and recommends them to the Operations Manager for evaluation and for the approval of the General Manager.

- Monitors food cost, labor cost and other operating expenses of his branch and implements cost consciousness measures to ensure that costs are within set and approved budgets

- Monitors and ensures that all capital expenses are within set budgets as approved by the Operations Manager

- Ensures proper utilization of manpower, equipments, office supplies and materials within his/her department and that all are properly accounted for in accordance with approved allotments for the department

- Ensures that expenses incurred for all programs and activities of his branch are a profitable investment and are beneficial to the employees’ growth and development and of the company’s business

D. Production - Monitors the activities of the Production operations to ensure that:

 The high quality of donuts, bakery line products and buns produced and that they are within company-set standards at all times

 That the delivery of donuts to all shops are on time and ensure the availability of products in all shops

 That company standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the Production Area are adhered to

 That accurate reports are prepared submitted on time by the Production Officer

 That Production Officer is on top of day-to-day Production operations at all times

- Analyzes data gathered from Production in collaboration with the Production Officer and formulates possible improvements in production schedules, procedures, etc., recommends them to the Operations Manager for approval (for major changes), and approves implementation of effective systems on the shop floor.

E. Sales - Monitors the activities of Sales operations to ensure:

 That Sales Targets are reached, and that Sales Personnel are properly trained, equipped and guided accordingly

 That quality standards as set by the company’s QCSM policies are properly adhered to

 That product availability is consistent and that run-outs and throw-away are kept at minimal levels

 The Sales Officer is on top of day-to-day Sales operations at all times

- Monitors the collection of sales from shops and ensures that all procedures set by Corporate Accounting and Finance on collection and deposit of sales are strictly adhered to

- Ensures that customer satisfaction level in CDO are always high and constantly improving
