Qualifications:
• At least 18 years old
• Good customer service and listening skills for key facts and questions
• Good English communication and comprehension skills
• Knowledge of some banking products preferred.
• Possess excellent verbal presentation and communication techniques
• With critical thinking and problem solving skills
• With basic Math proficiency
• Willing to work on shifts
