Qualifications:
• Candidate must have a bachelor’s/college degree, professional license (passed Professional License Exam), Engineering (Chemical or Equivalent).
• Must have 3-5 years of working experience
• Preferably from food manufacturing industry
• Supervisory experience is an advantage
• With above average problem solving skills to facilitate analysis and development of solutions
• Must be organized and meticulous
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work within a team oriented environment
• Had an experience working in a quality control lab
• Self-starter and quick- learner, capable of multi-tasking
• Must have a team attitude
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays
Responsibilities:
• Will supervise QA Analysts for laboratory testing
• Set quality control measures to achieve targets.
• Define quality measures in conjunction with working staff.
• Ensure product compliance with international and national legislation and standards.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
