Human Resource Manager Job Purpose: Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in related field
• Proficient in Payroll, Government Mandate Regulation and HR Processes
• Possess adequate People Skills, able manage and multi task smoothly
• With strong organizational skills, proactive, meticulous, resourceful, with high initiative and integrity.
• Willing to be assigned in Digos City
